                  BENEFITS OF COACHING

The saying is “nobody needs a coach, but everybody could benefit from having one!”

Do you ever wonder why is it that we make the same resolutions year after year?

A recent survey by Franklin Covey revealed that 77 percent of those surveyed won't stick to their resolutions, with 35 percent breaking them by the end of January.

Barbara DeAngelis asserts that psychologist’s estimate 50% of ones emotional programming is set by age 5 and 80% is set by age 8. That being said, one’s programming is set in the early years. Gwen is willing to address the past and core issues when personal beliefs were set, in order to challenge the logic and allow a new perspective to be introduced...one which is more empowering for you and the people in your life.

Benjamin Franklin once said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. If you find yourself hoping that this is the year you’ll finally get the results you want, I challenge you to do more than just hope. Get your dreams started…make them real!

Coaching gives a fresh perspective on our personal challenges and creates opportunities for enhanced decision-making, interpersonal effectiveness and increased confidence. Coaching creates appreciable results in productivity, personal satisfaction with life, work and goal achievement.

In today's society, we all wear many hats in the different aspect of our personal and professional lives.  Coaching benefits those who want to show leadership while finding balance in every facet of their daily lives.

Numerous clients report that coaching positively impacted their careers as well as their lives by helping them to:
                  • Establish and take action towards achieving goals
                  • Become more insightful and self-reliant
                  • Gain more personal and career satisfaction
                  • Contribute more effectively to the team and the organization
                  • Take greater responsibility and accountability for actions and commitments
                  • Work more easily and productively with others (boss, direct reports, peers)
                  • Communicate more effectively
For any organization to be healthy and productive, whether at work, home or play, it must have strong leadership.  A coach can help you to become more effective as a leader, to build stronger workplace and family relationships, and to promote a more positive environment, with the result that everyone, you, your family, employees, and the organization, all benefit.
