Many employees, report low morale, stressful work environments or toxic relationships and as hindering their work performance. Many have expressed an interest in my coaching services instead of/or in addition to traditional support systems to improve work performance and productivity and improve the bottom line. As a Life Skills Coach with a background in social services and helping people deal with personal-professional-relationship issues for the past 25 years, I have been told that my approach is non-threatening, personable, and empathetic and that people open up easily with me, addressing issues they have not been able to deal with previously. Over the years, I have provided my services to employees through medical health providers, government departments, insurance companies, private companies and non-for-profits; providing early intervention programs, ongoing coaching support and readiness to return to work counseling. They have recognized my services as accessible, affordable and exceptionally effective (because of the experiential learning component of added life skills). My experience has shown that an individual’s personal-professional-relationship lives are all intertwined, and that problems in one area can and often do affect the other areas. Fortunately, my experience has also taught me that improvements in any one area can often dramatically affect the others in an equally positive way.
